Manewales sells alcoholic beverages. You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older. We may request proof of age at any point, including at delivery, and may refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care over product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur; if we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Your order confirmation confirms we've received your order — it doesn't guarantee availability. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including where we suspect fraud, where age can't be verified, or where stock is unavailable.
Payment is processed securely through PayStack. We do not store your full card details.
We deliver [nationwide within South Africa / specify regions]. Estimated delivery is [4 business days] from confirmed payment. Someone 18 or older must be available to receive and sign for delivery; our courier may request valid ID. If no one of legal age is available, the order may be returned to us and redelivery fees may apply.
South Africa's Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) generally gives online shoppers a 7-day cooling-off right, but perishable and everyday-consumption goods are typically excluded. On that basis, once your order is delivered with seals intact, we don't offer change-of-mind returns — see our Return & Refund Policy.
